Hartford Health Hub

InterCommunity Health Care was founded on a mission to bring the community together to treat and support mental health and addiction recovery. Throughout its history, the focus has always been on integrated care. We know that recovery from any addiction is a journey, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

We are currently developing plans to build a health and wellness hub at Coventry Street, which focuses on mental health and addiction recovery, while providing primary health care to the whole person.

The site will include services such as:

• Recovery and support for adults, parents and families living with addiction

• Care coordination

• Physical exams, sick visits, screening, testing, treatment, and vaccination

• Mental health services

• Addiction recovery

• Withdrawal management (detoxification)

We want to ensure that the Greater Hartford area has a hub that is easily accessible to meet all of your needs for physical and mental health, as well as addiction recovery.
