Care Comes First
At InterCommunity Health Care, we care about our patients and we care about our staff. That is why we care for people regardless of their ability to pay. It is why our assessments and care focus on the combination of physical health and behavioral health. And it is why InterCommunity is the only health center to have its staff vote it a Connecticut Top Workplace for eight consecutive years.
InterCommunity’s interdisciplinary teams provide innovative, compassionate, and industry-leading whole person health care for the whole family. Because of the care we provide, each day scores of new people come to our community health clinics, residential programs, detoxification center, school based health centers, and community-based programs in East Hartford and Hartford.
InterCommunity continues to grow to meet this need and is looking for providers who share our commitment to care. Come join our team, make a positive contribution and see how we have changed the meaning of care and caring. InterCommunity offers generous compensation, exceptional benefits and a welcoming, collaborative and supportive culture with a vision toward the future.
