Reentry services offered:
- Comprehensive, integrated health services
- Individual and group therapy
- Alcohol and drug counseling
- Complete physical exams
- Second Chance support group: Participants meet one hour a week to receive support on re-entering the community. Committed participants receive free bus passes, gift cards, and care packages to help in the transition to life in the community
- Case management, employment services, peer support for court appearances, and, on occasion, transportation.
Eligible participants must be:
- Currently be in custody (or in a Community Program) and diagnosed with a substance use disorder.
- Be determined by the court to have charges, risk level, criminal history, etc. deemed acceptable for diversion from jail.
- Be determined by a JDSA engagement specialist to be ready for treatment or services.
- Be motivated to fully participate in treatment.
- Have your mental health illness properly managed.

Those with charges or situations presenting an obvious risk to community safety will not be accepted.
