Outpatient Program – By Court Referral Only


InterCommunity’s CSSD Outpatient Program provides behavioral health and support services to individuals referred by the Connecticut Judicial System. The goal is to promote long-term recovery, reduce recidivism, and help clients lead more stable and productive lives in the community.

The goal of InterCommunity’s Court Support Services Division (CSSD) is to reduce recidivism and increase public safety through lasting behavior change.

Services are available at our East Hartford clinic, where CSSD clients can access Open Access walk-in assessments five days a week, allowing most individuals to begin outpatient services on the same day they are referred.

Support services offered:

InterCommunity provides a continuum of outpatient and residential behavioral health and substance abuse services for adults referred by the Connecticut Judicial system, including Probation, Family Services, and the Bail Commission.
