We’re proud to share some exciting news—InterCommunity has been recognized not once, but twice, as a Top Workplace this year! Earlier this summer, we received the 2025 National Healthcare Top Workplace award, an honor given to just 129 organizations across the country with fewer than 500 employees. And now, we’re thrilled to announce that InterCommunity has also been named a Regional Top Workplace by the Hartford Courant, joining a select list of only 59 companies to earn this recognition in 2025.
