Jeffrey Hughes is the Interim Chief Financial Officer at InterCommunity. He is a graduate of Worcester State University and brings over 20 years of finance, business, and operational experience to our organization. Previously he was the CFO of the Connecticut Health Center Association of Connecticut (CHCACT), providing help and services to the under-served of Connecticut as well as its FQHCs and FQHC look-alikes.​
