Jim Kelly is a retired Assistant Attorney General, having spent 25 years representing the Department of Children and Families in Juvenile Court.

He has been in recovery for over 40 years and is actively involved in many aspects of that recovery. He and his wife reside in Manchester.

No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
