Community Foundations:

Community Foundations is InterCommunity’s supervised housing program for people living with chronic and severe mental illness and/or addiction disorders. This 24-hour, 7-day-a-week structured supervised housing program offers individual case management, group socialization, leisure, and coping skills activities to improve independent living skills and functioning in the community.

RESET:

RESET is an independent living training program for young adults. This two-bed program helps clients gain skills related to budgeting, shopping, meal preparation, and other activities of daily living and independence. Staff is available 16 hours per day, 7 days a week to provide hands-on skill-building and guidance.
