For Kids and Teens

Children’s primary care services include: 

  • Complete physical exams 
  • Immunizations including the Vaccines for Children Program 
  • Lab work 
  • Sick visits 
  • Behavioral assessments 
  • Injuries 
  • Asthma 
  • Rashes 
  • Vision and hearing screenings 
  • Nutrition counseling 
  • Back-to-school and sports physicals 
  • Medication management 
  • Patient education and materials 
  • Fluoride treatments for children under 6 years old

We accept most insurances, both state and private. We also provide a full range of primary care and behavioral health care services to students in multiple East Hartford schools as well as Manchester. Click here to learn more about our school-based health centers. 



Telehealth/Video Visits:
