Jail Diversion  –
Inpatient Program

Inpatient Program – By Court Referral Only

Our Jail Diversion Services are offered through the Hartford Superior Court GA-14 and Hartford Community Court to provide individuals with an alternative to incarceration. This court-based program works with eligible clients after arraignment, connecting them to residential treatment services that support recovery and reduce the likelihood of reoffending.

Jail

Diversion

Our Jail Diversion Services Court program provides services within the court system to support treatment rather than incarceration. We work with clients post-arraignment and offer services to help them recover. This service is currently only serving clients in Hartford Superior Court GA-14 and Hartford Community Court.

Our approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, helping clients stabilize through comprehensive inpatient care in lieu of jail time.
