A Top Place to Work Again Because of Our Staff

InterCommunity Health Care is proud to announce that we have been named a National and Regional Top Workplace once again! 2026 marks our 2nd year ranking as a National Healthcare Top Workplace and 15th year ranking as a Regional Top Workplace. We are also proud to have received culture awards in Employee Appreciation, Purpose and Values, and Professional Development this year.

"I am proud to say that once again, our staff voted InterCommunity to be a Top Workplace," said InterCommunity President & CEO Tyler V.R. Booth. "This year marks InterCommunity's 15th year receiving this recognition. Although there are a lot of factors that go into creating a work environment, the most important is the people who make up the agency. In other words, the reason InterCommunity continues to receive this award is because of our amazing team, all of whom I deeply appreciate getting to work for."

All Top Workplace awards are based solely on feedback from staff. This recognition truly belongs to the incredible people who make InterCommunity what it is every day. We are so grateful to the nearly 400 staff members across our organization who bring compassion, dedication, and heart to everything they do. We are a Top Workplace because of our top-notch team who continues to set the standard for a regionally and nationally recognized level of care.
