InterCommunity is pleased to be named a 2016 Top Workplace by The Hartford Courant for the sixth year in a row. InterCommunity is one of the “Super Seven” companies that have earned this honor in all six years since the competition began in 2011.

“I am privileged to work where the administration and staff exhibit daily compassion for the clients we serve and are all incredibly hard-working.”

Awards were based on employee surveys conducted in March and April that measured employees’ confidence in the strategic direction, communication and ethics of the employer, quality of management, and training, appreciation, flexibility, and benefits for employees. The award was presented at the Aqua Turf on September 15, 2016.
