InterCommunity’s How Can We Help? program meets people exactly where they are on a recovery journey and offers ongoing support to reduce the incidence of repeat overdose.

Using a harm reduction approach, How Can We Help? Engagement Specialists offer:

– Needs-based assessments for people in recovery

– Ongoing individualized case management services

– Safety plans to avoid future overdose

– Naloxone, as needed

– Support and peace of mind for family members and loved ones
