Event Overview
Urban League of Greater Hartford is presenting its 6th annual Black History Celebration!  The theme for this year’s signature event is  “A Legacy Revealed – Paths to Purpose,”  a cultural experience showcasing the achievements of women of color, through the arts, advocacy, equity, health, community enrichment, youth achievement and philanthropy.


Interactive Exhibit | 6:00 – 7:00 pm
Learn about the rich history,resources, services and activities offered by individuals/organizations within the community.   Attendees may also enter for a chance to win giveaways as they engage virtually during this segment.  

Legacy Showcase   | 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Entertaining and thought provoking historical and cultural presentations will be shared through music, poetry and dance while we acknowledge and award the contributions of featured Legacy Honors recipients.
